“…I opened the book of life, kept on a shelf in a corridor visited only when I go to the bedroom filled by our moments.I read the letters inscribed in it, with the intention that they would remain latent forever.I walked down the aisle where your portraits are hung, those canvases you inspired when I looked at you, the colors and the strokes that obligatorily and invariably incited me to seduce your body, to undress you in the presence of my brushes, and painted the canvas with the blush of your cheeks….”
